-Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)-Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) -Scallions, raw, 3 large -Broth, Chicken - Kitchen Basics Unsalted (1 serving 240 ml/ 1 cup), 4 cup -*Soup - Campbell's Cream of Potato - 30 oz -Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup -Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup-Sherry, dry, 1.5 fl. oz- 1.5 T Parsley- Dash Tobasco
Saute veggies
Add chicken stock and simmer 30 minutes
Add potato soup, sour cream. Blend well
Add cheese until all melted.
Stir in sherry, tobasco and parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Size: 3 Cups
