habanero lime tilapia

Ingredients
1 lb tilapia (4 4oz fillets)1 10oz jar salsa (I used habanero lime)
Directions
Put filets in large skillet in single layer. Cover with salsa. Add small amount of water if needed (maybe .25 cup). Bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until fillets are cooked through. Serve over brown rice with chopped avocado as garnish. Sooo good!
