Arcusa's Cheesy Stuffed Guac Tuna Peppers

Ingredients
1 tbsp.Mayo2 Cans of Tuna2 Celery stalks1 tsp yellow mustard2 Bell Peppers (any color, I like red, yellow, or Orange most)2 slices lowfat american singles4 tbsp. Guacamolesome Mrs. Dash Seasoning (or other)
Directions
1. Split the peppers (any color) and clean out the seeds and stems. Lay on a plate open side up.
2. Mix tuna, mayo, mustard, Mrs. Dash in a bowl.
3.. Chop celery into thin slivers (or chunky if you like) and add to the mix.
4. Place spoonfuls of tuna salad into pepper shells.
5. Split cheese slices in half and top each stuffed pepper.
6. Nuke to your desired heating. I like it just after the cheese melts...mmmmm!
7. Plop some guac on top of each. Enjoy!
