Ingredients
greek yogurt. 4 cupskashi go lean crunch cerialsugar free pudding mix or sugar free jello powder
Directions
mix together and store in frig for up to 5 days. I use saran wrap to keep the kashi separate and crisp until mixing to eat. You can use any flavor of pudding or jello mix. I like to use sugar free jelly or jam.
