Minestrone - 3C

Ingredients
-Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lb-Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)-Onions, raw, .5 large -Pomi Chopped Tomatoes, 1/2 cup, 3 cup -Cut Green Beans, frozen, 2 cup-Spinach, frozen, 81 grams -Zucchini, Italian-style, canned, 2.5 serving (can)-Black Eye Peas - Great Value, 1.5 cup (whole can)-Kitchen Basics Beef Stock 1 cup, 4 serving -Barilla small shells - 4 oz -Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop and saute carrots, celery and onions
Cut up and brown beef
Add all together in large pot
Add tomatoes
Add broth
Simmer for a couple of hours
Add peas, zucchini, spinach and green beans and let simmer a little while longer
Add pasta about 1/2 before serving.
