Ingredients
1 Ezekiel English Muffin1 tsp dijon mustardmicrogreens1 slice tomato of tomatoA few thin rings of red onion1 egg1 slice Raw Jalopeno Cheese1 oz turkey breast
Directions
NOTE: I like my egg slightly runny, so I can sop up the yolk with the english muffin. I just fry the egg in an egg pan sprayed with cooking spray. The rest is just sandwich assembly. I assemble the sandwich in the following order:

Assemble in this order
Muffin top
spread with mustard
micro-greens
onion
tomato
egg
cheese
turkey
dijon mustard
bottom muffin
