Cashew curry sauce (option chicken)

Ingredients
*asda tomato puree, 2 tbsp (remove) cashew nuts, plain, 50 gram(s) (remove) *Garam Masala Indian Spice Mix, 1.5 tsp (remove) Garlic, 1 clove (remove) Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove) Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove) Turmeric, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove) Yogurt, plain, low fat, 25 grams (remove) *Corn Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove) Raisins, 0.25 cup (not packed) (remove)
Directions
blits the onions till pureed, add the spices, yoghurt and lemon juice, and tomato puree, blits till smooth.
fry in little oil for 2 mins, then add sultanas (and chicken and veg), stir fry for 2 mins, then add 300ml water, cook for 10 mins, or until chicken/ vegs are cooked
