No guilt apple pie

Ingredients
Ingredients:Low fat cream cheese, 2 tbsp Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.5 cupreduced fat croissants full tube Apples, fresh, 1.5 cup, dicedEgg, fresh, 2 large Brown Sugar, 4 tsp unpacked Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Directions
*Spread croissant dough into large pie plate (glass) pinching and spreading to make a crust
*Broil until golden brown on top (bottom will still be uncooked)
*Peel and dice 3-4 small apples.
*Mix softened cream cheese and 2 eggs until watery and smooth, add cinnamon.
*Mix cream cheese mixture with apples and pour evenly over croissants.
*Mix 4 tsp of brown sugar with quick oats and sprinkle mixture over top.
*Cook in 350 oven for about 10-15 minutes until bottom is golden brown.
