3/4 Cup dry wheat berries1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies1 Can Mexi-corn1 can black beans, rinsed1 pkg. chili seasoning mix1 cup water
Soak wheat berries overnight in water to cover.
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir to combine.
cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Optional: Serve with a tablespoon of low fat sour cream and 1 serving of baked tortilla chips. Raw carrot and celery sticks on the side are good, too.
