Coconut Banana Walnut Choco Chip Muffins

Ingredients
1 c. softened margarine1 c. granulated sugar2 large eggs1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. cottage cheese3 mashed small bananas1.5 c. oatmeal1 tsp. salt1.5 tsp. baking soda2 c. white flour1/2 c. coconut1 c. chopped walnuts4 tbsp. chocolate chips
Directions
Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients. Combine well. Stir in coconut, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips. Spoon into lined muffins tins. Bake @350 for 15-20 mins.
