Ingredients
2.5 lb pork loin roast16 oz pkg fresh white tiny potatos with skins on16 oz pkg baby carrots2c green beans1T dried basil2T dried rosemary2 cloves garlic1/4 t pepper1/2t salt
Directions
make a paste with herbs, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil. rub on roast,
roast 375 degree oven 1 hour to 1.5 hours thermometer reads 155 degrees
