Moist, yummy Meatballs

Ingredients
1.5 lbs 93% Ground beef1.5 lbs lean ground Turkey1 1/2 cups Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs1 (10.5 oz) can 98% fat-free Cream of Mushroom soup3 eggs, lightly beaten1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 package dry onion soup mix
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with foil, spray with cooking spray.
2. Mix together ground beef, ground turkey, bread crumbs, cream of mushroom soup, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and onion soup mix. Shape the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball. Arrange on the prepared baking sheets.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in center, about 30 minutes.
Makes approx. 36 meatballs
