Green Onion and Tomato Curry

Ingredients
Butter, unsaltedGreen OnionsGarlicCurry PowderMeat (optional)Hot pepper (optional)Tomatoes
Directions
Melt one tbsp of butter in a sauce pan.
Sautee the onion and garlic in the butter. (You may also add hot peppers or meat if you so wish.)
Add about one cup of water and curry powder and let simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Chop up the tomatoes and add to the dish for a dash of color.
