Cucumber Salad with Tomatoes, Onions, and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
1 seedless cucumber, sliced into half moons3 roma tomatoes1 medium red onion, sliced (about 1 cup)1/4 cup crumbled goat or feta cheese3-4 TBSP EVOO3 TBSP white balsamic or white wine vinegarminced garlic, garlic powder, or Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoningsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and let chill for at least one hour.
