1 egg2 eggwhites1 c flour1/4 tsp. salt1 c skim milk
Mix ingredients together with a wire whip or put into blender and mix well. divide equally between the six cups of popover pan or large muffin pan.Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes and then reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 18 to 20 minutes but DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR at anytime during the cooking.
