Chicken Broccoli & Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
1.5 c. Chicken Broth, fat free1/2 t. dried Basil1/8 t. ground Black Pepper2 Garlic Cloves, minced3 c. Broccoli Florets1 T. Lemon Juice3 c. hot cooked whole wheat Penne Pasta2 T. Parmesan Cheese, grated2 t. Lemon Pepper Seasoning2 Chicken Breast, boneless & skinless
Directions
*Cook chicken breast in 1/2c. Chicken Broth & Lemon Pepper Seasoning until done. Cube.
*In large skillet, combine remaining broth, basil, pepper, garlic & broccoli. Bring to boil. Cover & cook over low heat for 3 min. or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
*Add pasta, lemon juice & chicken. Toss to coat. Serve w/Parmesan Cheese.

Serving Size: Makes approximately six 1 cup servings.
