Sausage Stir Fry

Directions
4 links Italian Sausage3 small onions4 cups frozen mixed vegetables2 tbsp olive oil2 cups cooked Minute Ricesalt and pepper to taste1 cup beef stock
Fry onions in olive oil, for about 5 min. Place sliced sausage links in pan and fry. When almost cooked add veggies and soup stock. Simmer until veggies are done and half the liquid is gone. In seperate pot follow direction for rice. Place 1/2 cup rice on a plate and top with 1/4 of sausage and veggies
