Tostada Lite

Ingredients
1 corn tortillaCooking spray2 tbs refried beans (fat free)1 tbsp salsa1 slice fat free American cheese, cut into small piecescilantro1/4 cup chopped lettucesour cream (optional, not included in nutrition info)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray corn tortilla lightly with cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy (watch it, it will go from not quite crisp to burnt very quickly). Remove from oven and let cool until you can handle it. Spread with refried beans, then salsa. Sprinkle with the cheese and put back into the oven until the cheese is melted. When it's done, sprinkle with cilantro and chopped lettuce.
