Tzatziki sauce my way

6 oz fat free greek yogurt1/2 cucumber peeled and fiely chopped1 pinch ground black pepper1 pinch smoked paprika powder1 pinch Fines Herbes or Herbes de Provance1 small garlic clove finely chopped.
peel and chop cucumber,lay it in a sieve to drain ,press out moisture w/a spoon.(instead of using salt to draw out the moisture)
In a bowl ,mix yogurt ,cucumber and spices,refridgerate for a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes.
serve on salads or in a pita with your choice of fillings.
Serving Size: makes 3 servings at 2 heap.tbs each.
