Fresh raw Kale a and full or a cup1/2 Cucumber peeled2 Medium carrots or 10 baby carrots3 Stalks of celery1-2 cups mixed salad greens2 Apple (Red of Gala)8-16 oz of Water (filtered or bottled)
Wash vegetables, and peel cucumber. Do not peel carrots (wash with vegetable brush), Chop vegetables and apples into large pieces and put in blender, add cold water and blend on high speed 3-5 minutes or until smooth.Pour and enjoy! The smoothie can be refrigerated for 24 hours.
