Lentils, 210 grams (remove)Spinach, fresh, 1.5 package (10 oz) (remove)*Hot Chili Peppers, 3 pepper (remove)Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)pepper
cook lentils in 3 cups water ( 7oz lentils) for 1 hour or until soft
heat oil, cook ginger and chilies for 10 secs add spinach until wilted
add lentils and salt simmer for 25 minutes
add black pepper and lemon juice before serving
