Scottish Whole Grain Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole wheat flour3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Scottish Oatmeat2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp Baking soda1 tsp sea salt1 1/2 cup non fat milk3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl Add a little more milk if batter is too thick. This recipe will yeild about 10-11 5 inch pancakes
Pour batter onto heated grill into pancakes and cook until done
