Hamburger Harvest Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 c. chopped onion2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes1 t. Worchestershire sauce2 t. salt2 c. raw, sliced potatoes1/3 c. flour1 lb. bag frozen vegetables(carrots, brocolli, cauliflower)1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 f.
Mix beef, onion, tomatoes, sauce, and salt together and pat into a 3 qt. casserole dish. Top with potatoes, veggies and flour. Bake, covered, for 45 min. Remove, top with cheese and bake another 30 min. or until veggies are tender.
