Honey Garlic Chicken

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2-3 cloves of garlic, minced2 T honey1 T salt
Pour three cups water in covered skillet. Add minced garlic and salt. Bring to a boil, add chicken and place lid on skillet. While chicken is cooking, preheat your oven to 475 degrees. Cook chicken until no longer pink in the middle (approximately 10-12 minutes). When chicken is cooked through, remove from skillet and place on wire rack over baking pan. Brush half of honey over chicken and place in oven. Bake for 5 minutes and then brush remaining honey over chicken. Bake until chicken is golden in color (just a few minutes!). Enjoy!
