Dalia Salad

Dalia, tomato, carrot, onion, salt, extra virgin olive oil.
It's an easy snack. Requires almost 0 effort.
Steps:
1. Boil 30/35 g dalia(half a cup) in water and once it is done, keep it aside.
2. chop tomatoes(2 small) and 1 and a half carrot, which makes one cup of each.
3. chop onions into small pieces and fry them in 1 tsp olive oil, till the time they turn golden.
4. Let onions and dalia cool for 2 mins and then mix everything (carrots, onion, tomatoes and dalia) and 1/4 tsp of salt to the mixture.
The dalia salad is ready to eat.
