Beef and Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
15 oz Top Sirloin Beef1/3 Cup Olive Oil3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar2 tbsp Lemon Juice1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1/2 tsp Salt1/8 tsp Black Pepper, ground1 Clove Garlic, minced8 Cup Romaine Lettuce, shredded2 Red Tomatoes, sliced2 Green Bell Pepper, sliced1/5 Cup Red Onion, sliced1 Carrot, sliced11/2 Cup Strawberries, sliced
Directions
1. Preheat grill for high heat.

2. Lightly oil grate. Place steak on grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from heat and let sit until cool enough to handle. Slice steak into bite size pieces.

2.In a small bowl, whisk together the Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and place dressing in refrigerator.

3.Onto chilled plates arrange the lettuce, tomato, pepper, onion and Strawberries. Top with steak and drizzle with dressing.
