1c. lowfat vanilla yogurt1c. Great Value Mixed Fruit (Mango, Strawberry, Pineapple, Peach) - I use it thawed or it will bind up my blender.25c. Frozen blueberries1c. Milk1 scoop EAS Soy Protein (Vanilla)*I use Splenda to knock out the slight aftertaste of the protein powder. Honey would work as well.
Just throw it all in a blender, pour and go.
Serving Size: Can be one serving for a meal, or halved for 2 roughly 250cal. snacks
