Egg Roll filling

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper1/4 cup chopped carrots1/4 cup chopped onion8 oz. bag classic cole slaw blend3/4 cooked chicken breast diced1 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce1/4 tsp. ginger
Directions
Saute pepper, carrots, onion and cole slaw blend until crisp tender. Combine with all other ingredients. Wrap in egg roll wrappers or wonton wrappers and fry, bake or steam.
