Heather's Crock Pot Chicken and Apples

1 large onion2 granny smith apples cut into 8-10 slices6 oz chicken breast cut into slices salt and pepper to tasterosemary to tase1 can fat free cream of celery soup1/2 cup chicken broth 98% fat free (mix with soup to thin out)
Layer onion first in crock pot. cover with sliced apples, then lay chicken over that. sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. cover with soup.
cook on low 6-8 hours.
serve over rice.
