Wanda's Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 c long grain and wild rice, uncooked3 c water2 tsp low-sodium chicken bouillon granules10.75 oz can fat-free, low-sodium cream of chicken soup2 c chopped cooked chicken breast1/4 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion salt1 c grated cheddar cheese16 oz bag frozen broccoli, thawed
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except broccoli in slow cooker.


2. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours, or low 6-7 hours, stirring in broccoli 1 hour before end of cooking time.


Note: If the casserole is too runny as the end of the cooking time nears, remove lid from slow cooker for 15 minutes while continuing to cook.
