Beet & Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
1 can beets, drained1 can chickpeas, drained1/4 c sour cream2 tbsp Horseradish sauce2 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tsp sugar1 tsp salt, optional
Directions
In a large mixing bowl add beets and break up with a spoon, and chickpeas in and mix. Then add all other ingredients and mix well. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
