Cheesy Baked Cauliflower

* 1 head cauliflower *2 pats of butter, cut into pieces * 3 tablespoon mayonnaise (Kraft Mayo Lite version) * 2 tablespoon prepared mustard * 4 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
steam cauliflower for 10 minutes in approx 1 in of water.
in a separate bowl, mix the mayo, mustard & parmesan cheese.
Please cut up cauliflower in a pie pan and put the mayo & mustard mixture over by spreading it across the surface of the florets.
distribute 2 pats of butter in various 'dots' all over the cauliflower.
Add half cup parmesan cheese (grated) and spread all over the top of the cauliflower florets
bake at 375 for approx 30 min
