Apple Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
2 T -coconut oil1 c -steel cut oats1/4c -sunflower seeds1 T -flax seed1/2c -pecans, chopped1/2c -almond slivers, crushed1 T -cinnamon1 -apple, peeled, cored & chopped
Directions
combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. prep apple and soak in absorbic acid solution to prevent browning. add apple to dry ingredients. heat coconut oil and honey, till liquid [bout 30 sec]. add oil/honey mix to dry mix, toss to coat. dehydrate for 12ish hours.
