Lentil and Cheese Wedge

Ingredients
Lentils, 8 ozWater, 0.5 pintsOnions, raw, 2 small Cheddar Cheese, 6 oz Mixed herbs, to tasteEgg, fresh, 2 medium Bread crumbs, 2 ozpepper, to taste (spice)
Directions
Cook the lentils in about half a pint of water until it is all absorbed.
Combine all the ingredients and press into a greased tin.
Bake at 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F or gas mark 5, for 30 minutes.
Cut into wedges and serve hot or cold
