Ingredients:Great Value Liquid Egg Whites, 6 tbsp(remove)Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 1 oz(remove)Spinach, fresh, 4 leaf(remove)Kroger Hot Pepper Blend Shredded Cheese, .13 cup(remove)
Directions
Mix egg whites, chopped spinach leaves, diced cherry tomatoes and cheese in bowl. Spray pan with canola oil, heat and the cook to disired omlet consistency
