1/3 Cup canned pumpkin3/4 Cup skim milk1 Cup cereal of your choice (I used Total Cork flakes in this count = 84 cal)1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 tsp cinnamonspenda to taste

Mix everything together and put in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
