Meg's Sun Dried Tomato Chicken

Ingredients
2 standard chicken breats (about 6-8 oz each); cut in "chicken finger" strips.Sun Dried Tomatoes packed in olive oil; julienne cut.Italian Herbes3-4 cloves of garlic
Directions
- Cut chicken breasts into strips resembling chicken fingers; place in covered baking dish
- Slice cloves into long strips; not diced. Sprinkle over chicken
- Sprinkle italian herbs over chicken.
- Spreak the Sun Dried tomatoes (about 1/4 cup) over chicken.
- Cover and bake at 375degrees for 20 minutes; remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes.
