1 Medium Apple, peeled, grated & cored1/2 c quick oats1/2 c water1 tbl sweetened dried cranberries, chopped fine (or raisins) you can increase this but nutritional info is calculated with just 1 tbl.6 oz. nonfat, no sugar Peach Yogurt
Combine oats, grated apple, cranberries & water in medium size microwavable bowl.
Cook 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in yogurt and cook another 1 minute or so.
Sprinkle with brown sugar or drizzle with honey, if desired (not in nutritional calculations).
