Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh lime juice1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1 clove garlic, minced1 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper1 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained3/4 cups frozen corn kernels1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced1 tomatoes, chopped3 green onions, thinly sliced1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
For the dressing, mix fresh lime juice, EVOO, crushed garlic, cayenne pepper (approx. 1/8 to 1/4 tsp.) and celtic sea salt (if desired) and set aside. Combine beans, frozen corn kernels, avocado, tomatoes, fresh cilantro (1/4 c.), onion and pour dressing over all - mix together and serve immediately.
