Bright Jicama Salad

Ingredients
180 gr peeled jicama, diced158 gr peeled and seeded cucumber, diced273 gr Fuji apple cored and diced 50 gr diced onion112 gr grapes quarteredSeason to preference
Directions
Peel and dice jicama place in bowl. Peel, quarter, and seed then dice cucumber and add to bowl. Cut off cheeks and sides of apple slice into slices then dice and add to bowl. Sliver onion then dice and add to bowl. Quarter grapes and add to bowl. Add seasonings and vinegar and mix thoroughly.
