Chicken with Vegetables and Creamy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbspBoneless, skinless chicken breast, 6 oz, cubedMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, quarteredGarlic, 1 clove mincedZucchini, baby, 1 large dicedWhite Wine, 6 fl ozGia russo Cherry tomato sauce, 1 cupCream Cheese, 2 ozbig handful of fresh Spinach100% Whole Wheat Rotini, 2 cup
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan.
2. Add chicken and brown on all sides.
3. Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook 5 minutes.
4. Add wine and zucchini. Continue to cook until chicken is done.
5. Add tomato sauce and mix well. Cook 5 minutes until heated through. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
6. Right before serving, toss fresh spinach with sauce to wilt.
7. Serve over pasta.
