Homemade Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey3 cloves garlic1 cup chopped onion1 carrot1 cup tomato sauce3 tblspn chili powder1 tblspn cumin1 tblspn black pepper
Directions
Saute chopped garlic and onions using minimal olive oil, then add ground turkey and brown. I add the spices once the mixture is browned and a 1/2 cup water, then let it simmer. In the meantime, slice carrot very thin and boil until cooked. Add carrot and one can of tomato paste, then simmer 10 minutes until carrots pick up the flavor.
