Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey1 medium Onion, chopped1 jar (14 oz) Spaghetti Sauce2 cups (8 oz) Mozzarella cheese1 cup milk2 eggs1 teaspoon vegatable oil1 cup all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
12 Servings.
In a large skillet, cook turkey and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer until heated through. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
In a blender, combine the milk, eggs, oil, flour and salt, cover and process until smooth. Pour over cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
