Egg white, 4 tablespoonsPure Xylitol, 100 gram(s) Water, bottled, 200 milsCornflour, 10 g Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Mixed Berries, 1 cup
mix water with egg white powder, leave to stand 10 minutes, add xylitol and cornflour and beat until medium peaks form and hold their shape. Spoon on baking paper/tray and cook until golden brown in medium oven. leave to cool, peel off paper and transfer to serving dish. pour over yoghurt, spread berries over top and serve immediately!
