Ingredients
2 cups spinach leaves1/4 cup orange juice1/2 cup water1/2 med banana5 med strawberries1 tbsp ground flax seed
Directions
blend orange juice, water, and spinach until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. ENJOY!

Serving Size: Makes 1 24 0z shake or two twelve ounce shakes for the kids:)
