Turkey Burger with Low fat cheese

Ingredients
4 oz Ground Turkey breast1 slice low fat cheddar cheese1 1./ Tbsp worcestershire sauce1 large romain lettuce leaf1 slice of fresh tomato
Directions
Take 4 oz of lean ground turkey breast and mix in the worcestershire sauce. Mold into a paddy. Using a skillet over medium to high heat cook the paddy until no longer pink (about 5 - 7 minutes) Top with cheese to melt. Place on a romain lettuce leaf and top with one slice of tomato and serve
