Sauce #1 ⁃ 3 tablespoons lemon juice ⁃ 2 tablespoons honey ⁃ 1 tablespoon olive oil ⁃ 5 garlic cloves, minced ⁃ 2 teaspoons dried oreganoSauce #2 ⁃ 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice ⁃ 5 tablespoons honey ⁃ 1/2 tablespoon olive oilAlso, 6 boneless chicken thighs
Directions
1. Place the chicken in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Pour sauce #1 over chicken.
2. Bake chicken, uncovered at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees F and chicken juices run clear.
3. Brush sauce #2 over chicken every 5 or 10 minutes while baking.
