Captain Hap's Curried Brussel Sprout Greens

Ingredients
About 2 cups of chopped brussel sprout greens1/4 cup of shelled pastachios (yep, you saw that right, pastachios)1 tsp onion powder (would have used a fresh onion if I had it) 2 tsp curry powder a little water
Directions
Cut the tough center rib from the greens.
Rough chop greens.
Bring olive oil to heat on stove.
Add greens and toss to coat lightly.
Add about 1/4 inch of water in the bottom of the pot.
Add curry and nuts and combine well.
Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes until tender and tasty.

Serving Size: makes 2 nice sized vegitable side dishes
