2 whole eggs. 1/2 cup Spenda/brown sugar blend. 1 1/4 cup natural peanut butter. 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweeteend applesauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 2 tablespoons fenugreek powder. 3 cups quick cooking oats. 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder. 1 cup whole wheat flour. 2 teaspoons baking soda. 2 tablespoons wheat germ, toasted and ground. 3 tablespoons brewer's yeast. 2 tablesoons flax seed powder. 2 cups dark chocolate chips.
In a very large bowl, beat together eggs with brown sugar/splenda blend. Add the remaining wet ingredients and beat until blended. In another bowl Combine dry ingredients (without chocolate chips) and stir together well. Add all dry ingredients to the wet ingredients slowly and beat together until blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop tablespoon size chunks on to baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 11 minutes.
