Maria's caesar shrimp wrap

Ingredients
1Large La Tortilla Factory Low Carb-Low Fat Tortilla.3 oz. raw, peeled shrimp1 C Romaine lettuce, shredded1/4 yellow onion, sliced1/4 red bell pepper, sliced2 cloves garlic, pressed1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp cayenne pepperPAM for sauteeingCAESAR DRESSING1 tsp anchovy paste1/2-1 clove garlic1 oz. Mori-Nu silken, soft Tofu1 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp worcestershire sauce1 tsp red wine vinegar1 tsp lemon juicefresh black pepper to taste
Directions
1. spray the peeled shrimp with PAM, mix with 2 cloves pressed garlic, salt and cayenne pepper. Set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.

2. Put all the dressing ingredients in a blender and mix until blended together. Set aside.

3. Spray pan with PAM and sautee sliced onion and bell pepper until almost soft. Put aside and keep warm.

4. Spray pan with PAM again and sautee the shrimp for about 5 minutes, until just opaque.

5. Put a tortilla on a plate and heat in microwave for 20 seconds.

6. Place the shredded romaine on top of the tortilla, then add the sauteed onion and bell pepper, shrimp, and drizzle with caesar dressing. Wrap up and enjoy!
